Condo Owner's Association
Welcome to the Pie Factory Condo Owner’s Association page!
This page was created so that Pie Factory residents can easily access information regarding their building and its policies.
Until the developers assign a company to take over the management of the building, Kendall Haney Realty Group will be your contact for any questions or concerns you may have.
Kendall Haney Realty Group is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You may call the main line at (901) 725-1968 and ask for either Kendall Haney or Leslie Thompson, Kendall’s assistant. Either of them will be happy to assist you. We are also accessible via email – you can reach us at Kendall@KendallHaney.com. Kendall’s direct line (901) 729-2880 is available after hours for building emergencies only, not for issues within your personal unit.
If there is an emergency in your unit, please remember that you are now homeowners, not tenants, and therefore, responsible for maintaining your home. Please respect the business hours of the management and developers. If the problem is an after hours emergency warranty repair, you can file for a reimbursement for services rendered if it qualifies. (Fax to 722-8236) Otherwise, warranty requests etc. should be filed during business hours.

Lost or Stolen Key Cards & Gate Remotes
To report a lost or stolen key card or gate remote, please call Kendall Haney Realty Group at (901) 725-1968, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and ask for Leslie Thompson. Any lost cards or remotes will need to be deactivated to ensure building security. You will incur a $10 fee for a replacement key card and a $45 fee for a replacement gate remote.
FYI – Translucent Acrylic Panels
These panels need to be cleaned with a soft cloth and should NOT be cleaned with any sort of cleaning product. We have found that the chemicals in these products will permanently mark these panels, so please refrain from using any sort of cleaning solution on them.
Common Area Plans
Click Here to view plans for the new common area space that will be constructed for residents. This space will be created in the first bay of the commercial space, next to the Young Avenue entrance of the building. It will be a great extra living space and nice place to entertain. Check the site for future updates.
Patio
A patio has been created to the left of the back entrance of the building. The furniture is there for your use and note that the small grey side tables may also be used as stools for additional seating. Any grilling is prohibited until the COA is turned over to the residents. At that time, the residents can decide whether grilling will be allowed.
Trash Removal Schedule
Beginning December 17, 2007, trash removal has been scheduled to be picked up every Monday. As building occupancy grows, the schedule will be tailored to suit the building’s needs. In consideration for your fellow residents, we ask that you please break down any large boxes or items that may take up unnecessary space in the building dumpster. Allied Waste Management will not pick up any waste that is not placed into the dumpster. Please make an effort to place all trash within the receptacle.
